Hey everyone,
I’ve recently been trying to get more serious about my fitness goals, but I’m struggling to stay consistent due to my busy work schedule and personal commitments. Between long work hours, commuting, and other daily tasks, it feels like there’s never enough time in the day to dedicate to working out. I’ve set goals in the past, but I often end up missing workouts or not following through on my nutrition plan, which gets frustrating.
I’m curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar challenges and how you’ve managed to stay consistent with your fitness routine. Do you have any tips or strategies for fitting in workouts when time is limited? How do you stay motivated when life gets hectic?
Also, I’ve been wondering whether shorter, more intense workouts (like HIIT) could be just as effective as longer sessions. I usually aim for a 45-minute to an hour workout, but sometimes even finding that amount of time seems impossible. I’d love to hear if anyone’s had success with shorter workouts and if you think it’s a good approach when time is tight.
Lastly, how do you balance meal prepping or eating healthy when your schedule is all over the place? I also completed salesforce developer online training and I find myself reaching for quick, unhealthy snacks more often than I’d like to admit, and I’m looking for simple ideas to improve my nutrition without spending too much time in the kitchen.
Thanks in advance!
